About Morris
Morris brings calm to the chaos. He joined Harmonizer on April 1st as an Integration Consultant – a role that fits him like a glove. With a background in project management, a structured mindset, and a natural drive to help others, Morris is someone you simply need to have by your side when navigating the world of integrations.
He found Harmonizer through LinkedIn, drawn by the promise of a stable, growing environment with a touch of start-up spark. And from the first conversation, the connection was there! What stood (and still stands) out to him? The flat hierarchy, the open and collaborative vibe, and the no-nonsense communication style. It all just felt right.
Morris is organized, customer-focused, and all about clarity. His ideal day ends with a ticked-off to-do list and a friendly HTTP 200 or 201 message– meaning the job’s done, the system is happy, and so is the client.
Balance is key
Outside of work, Morris keeps things grounded with regular runs (2–3 times a week), swimming sessions (at least twice a week), yoga, meditation, and long walks in nature. He loves the sound of rain, thoughtful books, and binge-worthy series like Black Mirror, House of the Dragon, The Office, and The Wheel of Time.
If he’d ever get lost and stranded on a deserted island, he hopes to bring with him a dog called Doggo, some plant seeds (you need food anyway..) and a library full of books.
And yes, he plays Mario Kart with the rest of the team. Who wins? That depends on the day.
What’s next?
Morris is looking to grow in cloud management and wants to sharpen his coding skills along the way. He's all about learning, improving, and embracing the occasional mistake – because after all, you can’t be perfect without mistakes.
P.S. Want to make him super happy? Bring him Pastel de Nata!
